Weekend of Adventure

Boy was this weekend intense, exciting and boring; all at once! Sunday was by far my most productive day of them all. I started off the morning with no friends to talk to. So I decided to try and learn a thing or two about fishing. By the time the afternoon rolled around I participated in the world famous Fishing Extravaganza! By the time the winner was determined I had 35 fish. Pretty good for my first time, right? By the end of the day my skill in cooking reached 255 and fishing 225. I learned a thing or two from Dirge Quikcleave and Nat Pagle as well to unsure that my learning has not reached it's limit.

Then, in the late afternoon some hoodlums tried to attack the city of Orgrimarr. Not only did a group of me and fellow adventurers defend of beloved city we decided to take a hike and show them the Horde is not messed with. After destroying Astranaar I lead the few that survived to the city of Exodar. There we rustled the alliance troops, although our stay there was strictly temporarily.

After that is was time for a quick nap before my friend Yahovskamon lead me and some friends to the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj.
Our battles were fun, fast and even rewarding for some of our younger ones. We fought foe like Ossirian the Unscarred and Ayammis the Hunter. It was a first look in the Ruins for many and a taste of nostalgia for the others. In the end it was a fun exciting time for me with new people, guilds, and some annoying little rogue...But I won't get into that.

After that my friends Kersha, Sawne, Kristas, and Billyblades all took a journey into the Heroic Sethekk Halls. We had some gems drop, got some Badges of Justice, and to top it off, I got a new staff and a primal nether! What a night! Also, I'd like to congratulate the druids on their super FAST epic flight forms! Tonight we will down the Curator of Karazhan in hopes of my first Tier 4 piece.

He's crafty

As of last week I have committed my knowledge to the skill of tailoring. Learning quickly I have already started to make some of the finest garments seen by many. Just last week I created my first set of Frozen Shadoweave Shoulders. To complete the set I am currently working on gathering materials for Frozen Shadoweave Boots as well as improving my sewing skills to craft Frozen Shadoweave Robes. However, I am unsure whether or not I will wish to replace my Boots of Foretelling.

Also in recent news, I have decided to leave my guild the Insurgency of Westfall. I have a few friends I am currently in talks with concerning a new guild of close friends.

My last day before my short break of adventuring, Sawne, Kersha, Kristas, Billyblades and I had the chance to explore the Shadow Labyrinth and The Shattered Halls of Hellfire Peninsula. I will be doing this as much as possible in hopes of finding the pattern to craft Spellstrike Hood and also Spellstrike Pants. Hopefully I will find this truly epic pattern sooner rather than later.

Killing things and taking their stuff.

So today is Sunday and that means tomorrow my raiding team The Thrallmartians will continue our journey through the hallways and corridors of Karazhan. Sadly I will not be joining them tomorrow or Tuesday, but will be returning the following week for the remainder of the summer. I wish all the Thrallmartians luck tomorrow in their journeys.

For those interested here is my Armory page. This will be the main spot to SEE my progression through the summer.

It begins

This summer will be dedicated to a few things. Some of them may seem contradictory, while others may just be amazing.

To distract myself from being separated from the person I care most about I've been sure to create enough things to keep me busy. I have two courses that I will be enrolled in. I will be tutoring and working on some top-secret math research. Also I have committed myself to creating a lifestyle change for my health. However, the last one, is lame, awesome, and hopefully interesting enough to create a blog about all summer. My first summer with World of Warcraft.

Now begins the journey of a level 70 shadow priest as he works his way through the dungeons and encounters in the end game of the Burning Crusade.

P.S. This may also be a good countdown for my 21st. Three months exactly.
